Which type of Coolant can it recover? The product is designed to work with water soluble coolants aswell as Neat Cutting Oils ( upto 22 cSt ).•How to install The FLEXECO Coolant Reclaimer will be installed on the discharge end of the Pump with aTee connection. A vacuum cup is provided that will be placed in the Chips Trolley. The vacuum cup isconnected to the device with a simple PU tube.•Ease of installation Extremely easy. Simple hydraulic fittings shall be provided. A video of installation willbe given upon ordering.•Does it affect the coolant supply at the Tool NO. A ball valve is provided with the Coolant Reclaimer foradjusting the flow rate into the device. A very small amount of coolant is required to generate the suction.•Installation Time Approx. 20 30 Minutes•Maintenance Required Cleaning the vacuum cup filter. Frequency to be determined upon actual trial.
The FLEXECO CoolantReclaimer recovers the coolant from the Waste Bin back intothe Machine sump.FEATURES :•Consists of a venturi based Vacuum Tube that is connected to your CNC Machine supply pump and a Vacuum Cup thatwill be placed in the Waste Bin.•Requires absolutely no power or compressed air as it is driven by the pressurized coolant itself!•The vacuum cup contains a SS wire mesh filter to prevent chips from re entering the machine sump.
